Three things,then go
Every cart goes out inspected and equipped: lights, mirrors, horn, reflectors and belts. That part is on us. These three are on you.
A license to rent
The renter signing for the cart holds a valid driver's license and a payment card. That is the whole checklist, no age minimum on top.
Licensed drivers only
Anyone behind the wheel holds a valid driver's license. No license, no driving, no exceptions.
Everyone buckled
A belt for every rider, kids included. The cart carries as many people as it has belts, and not one more.
Inside the resort,and only the resort
Our carts are built for the roads and loops of Jamaica Beach RV Resort. They never leave the property, and we go over the boundary again at pickup.
Resort grounds only
Ride here
- The resort roads and loops. Every paved lane inside the gate is yours.
- Your site, the pool, the office. Errands, laundry runs and sunset laps.
- Daylight and dusk. Take it easy after dark, lights on. The cart tops out at neighborhood speed by design.
- Driveways and marked spots. Park off the road, out of the dune grass, never in a beach access.
Not here
- FM 3005 or any public street. The cart is not street legal and does not leave the property.
- The beach and the dunes. Park at your site and walk over to the sand.
- Sidewalks and grass. Roads only. The lawns and the dune vegetation stay untouched.
We go over the map again at pickup.
While it isyours
Four things worth knowing once the keys are in your hand. None of them are complicated.
Gulf storms move fast. If the sky turns, park it and wait it out. Rain is fine, standing water is not.
Overnight rentals get the charger. Plug in at your site each evening and the cart never thinks about range.
Off the road, out of the dune grass, never blocking a beach access. Driveways and marked spots are fair game.
